Both lanes of Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed after the entrance to lot 9 to Peyton Manning pass on Thursday morning September 2nd from 9:30 to 11:00 am for the dedication of four statutes at the Gate 21 plaza at Neyland Stadium.
The Fort route will travel Volunteer Blvd south to Peyton Manning Pass, right onto Phillip Fulmer and resume their route.
The Neyland Express will travel Phillip Fulmer Way and stop at Gate 15 to unload the Gate 21 passengers. It will then turn left onto Peyton Manning Pass, left on Volunteer Blvd, and then left onto Lake Loudoun Blvd.
