Sunday-Thursday
6:00 pm – 2:30 am
Friday-Saturday
6:00 pm – 3:30 am
Every 10-12 minutes

Neyland Express & Ag Express Not Operating Service areas are now covered by Ag/Hill and Sorority Village Express Routes
The Fort Not Operating Due to social distancing and less capacity on each bus and need to run more buses to primary routes. The Fort daytime service has been suspended. Late Nite will continue to serve the Fort neighborhood.

Fall and Spring service – The T runs comprehensive service throughout the UT campus and portions of the Fort Sanders neighborhood with four fixed routes and two on-demand routes.

Summer service – The T runs limited service UT campus during the summer with one fixed route and two on-demand routes.

Service is fare-free for all passengers.

 

Accessible/Disability Options

T: Link – Operating during Online Session

The T: Link operates nightly between 6:00 pm and 7:00 am.
No disability ID is required.
Wait times depend on call volume.

The T: Link transports students at night to their destination.

  • Request pickup through the UT mobile app’s transit icon or the TransLoc app. The blue circle will pop up to request On-Demand after 6:00 pm.
  • Call from any campus Blue Phone
  • Call the Link directly at 865-974-4080

The T: Link service area includes UT’s Main campus, Ag campus, and the Fort Sanders neighborhood to Grand Avenue (excluding the Cumberland Avenue Strip).

OnDemand passenger trip request systems available for The Link route. Access this service are via the UT app or download the TransLoc Rider app at the Apple Store or on Google Play store.

T: Access

The T: Access is a demand response service available to students with an Access ID card issued by the UT Student Disability Services (SDS).

Faculty or staff need to visit the Office of Equity and Diversity to get their Access ID card.

The T: Access operates on-demand, point-to-point service on UT’s main campus, Ag Campus, or UT facilities in the Fort Sanders neighborhood, weekdays from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm

After 6:00 pm, persons with disabilities may use the T: Link service.

Specialized Service to ORNL/PSCC or JIAM

(NO Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 service)

ORNL/PSCC Route – NO Service

NO Fall 2020 service or Spring 2021 due to ORNL not having onsite Research Interns and PSCC having classes primarily online

This route is limited to passengers with the appropriate credentials.


JIAM Shuttle – NO Service

Monday–Friday (NO Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 service)
7:15 am – 5:15 pm from Neyland Stadium, Gate 21, leaves :15 minutes after the hour
