Route Information

The T services UT campus and portions of the Fort Sanders neighborhood with four fixed routes and two on-demand routes. Service is fare-free for all passengers. The Fall 2013 operating schedule details the daily bus schedule, upcoming service breaks for holidays, campus closures, and other important dates.

The Hill Route (formerly the East-West route)

Fall & Spring semesters:
7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. every 5–7 minutes
4:00–6:00 p.m. every 10 minutes


The Fort Route (formerly the North-South route)

7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. every 6–8 minutes
3:00–6:00 p.m. every 10 minutes


Neyland Express

7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. every 7 minutes
4:00–9:00 p.m. every 10 minutes


Late Nite

Nightly, Every 10–12 minutes
Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m.
Friday & Saturday, 6:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m.



T: Access

The T: Access is for persons with disabilities. Students must register with the Office of Disability Services to use this service.  Faculty or staff must register with the Office of Equity and Diversity to use this service.
The T: Access operates on-demand, point-to-point service on UT’s main campus, Ag Campus, or UT facilities in the Fort Sanders neighborhood, weekdays from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
After 6:00 p.m., disabled persons may use the T: Link service.
